The Quagmire

The Quagmire describes my mind -- full of random bits of things all stuck together -- these things may include, but are not limited to: music, TV, movies, writing, reading, theatre, politics, religion, whatever.

Various Visitors

I find this blog thing interesting. I started with much trepidation. And, in fact, my feelings haven't changed much. It has, however, become much more interesting. I wonder how people are finding my blog. I made a post "Led Zeppelin Sucks" (or click here) and there are a number of replies from people I don't know. So I'm rather interested and fascinated that people I don't know give a shit about what I said. I'm sure someone could write a great Psychology Paper on it or something. Oh well. This post, like many of them, has no point.

Search engines, Eric. Search engines.

I have posted several times on my blog about a relatively-obscure Food Network program called "How To Boil Water," comparing the merits of various cast members who have rotated in and out over the past few years. Months after a post, I will suddenly get comments on it -- obviously from people who were looking for "Jack Hourigan" or "Lynne Koplitz" on Google and found my blog as one of the results.
